Friday Night Sew-In

Also known as FNSI :)

Thank you Wendy for being our lovely hostess as always.

I got the notice, I signed up AND I remembered to participate !!!

Two bookmarks.
These were offered as a gift from Jenny of Elefantz.

Along with the bookmarks, I finished the binding on my project for Susan's Mystery Quilt Along. That can't be revealed until February, to give everyone else a chance to finish their projects.

And I have one more to add.

Sugar claimed the first of several new beds I need to make for the pups. I was gifted polyester batting and "fur". The batting which is a nightmare to quilt, but it is perfect stuffing. Took care of three issues in one fell swoop - using the batting, the fabric and making the bed.

I hope you all had a wonderfully productive Friday Night.

Wishing you a day filled with things that keep and make you happy.

Those who belong to Christ Jesus have crucified the flesh with its passions and desires.

Galatians 5:24 NIVUK

  1. Jenny has such pretty patterns!! Some batting is just not decent to quilt with - I'm had some that literally fell apart when I tried to put in on my longarm! Needless to say, I won't take any customer quilts if they are supplying that brand! Love your pup's new bed - perfect for him!!!

  6. Oh, I didn't know you'd made two! Both are so pretty. Sugar is growing like a weed! Great idea to make beds - and hopefully everyone is past the chewing stage!
