Successful Saturday

My day started slowly and relaxed. I did odds and ends throughout the afternoon.

But the thing I'm most happy about is my finish !! :)

If you look closely you can see a black ribbon running through the red blocks. The is also metallic gold in both of my supporting fabrics so I chose this black/gold holly fabric for the backing and binding.

And my finished table topper.  I absolutely love it. 

Now to decide if I'm going to keep it for myself or use it as a gift :)
