Playing Catch Up

These days, it seems I'm always playing catch up with my blog.

It's not that blogging has lost it's appeal. I still enjoy posting and sharing what I've been up to and creating, but I find that I get so involved with it that I don't give myself the time to sit and write a post.

Consequently, I'm playing catch up.

I finished a couple of baby quilts for
Hands 2 Help. Excited by the projects, but especially excited to share these with a worthwhile cause. I think those make four completed. They should be mailed by the end of May, so I still have plenty of time to get a few more done.

This is not a great photo, but I got February's UFO sandwiched and basted and ready for quilting.

I worked on my scrap vortex and made a huge dent in the box of scraps I received recently.

I'm working on my first Christmas gift of the year and only embellishments need to be added to complete

I'm also continuing with my 15 minutes of stitching daily with some kind of hand work (lots of binding this week) or working on Girl's Getaway. This is a really big block (18 x 36 inches). So there's lots of stitching to be done.

Hope you had a productive week.

Thanks for stopping by,

Wishing you a day filled with things that make and keep you happy.

Love the LORD your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength.

Deut. 6:5 NIVUK
