Do you make a goal list or to do list?
I've been thinking about this. I make a to do list daily. Not so much because I can't remember what needs done - although I do sometimes, or is that selective memory?
Anyway, I'm a visual person so to have a list keeps me focused and on track.
Having said that, I also know that's a really big reason why I have so many UFOs. I don't make a goal list weekly - so there's no focus. I also give my time very freely and can't seem to say NO !! Other times I shouldn't say no, there has to be a balance.
I've decided to going back to making a goal list.
My goals for this week:
1. Heart applique for Growing Up QAL.
2. Lace Cabin #6
3. Blue Jacobean pillow case
4. PJs
5. 9-patches
6. Sewing room purge/reorganization - minimum of 30 minutes
These goals are not necessarily finishing projects this week, just giving me a focus and time to work on them. I want to make some significant progress.
And the only way to accomplish a goal is to make it one.
Thanks for stopping by,
Wishing you a day filled with creativity and productivity.

Blogger ate my first comment! That looks like a good list, some fun and some work. Best of luck!
I make a to-do list for chores and errands - that's about it. I do keep a running list of projects, but hardly ever cross anything off! And I keep losing the notebook it's in - I have 7 or 8 notebooks going at any one time, mostly with drawings for new quilt ideas, lol. Let me know if this works for you, if it does I'll try it!
