The forecast for this week is hot and humid, so if I'm going to get anything done outside it has to be early morning. This garden is going through a transformation and the easiest work comes first thing. I had my weeding done by 7:30 a.m. Next step, the boards framing the garden will be removed and the fence painted.
I finished stitching the first block of Vintage Kitchen.
I need to trim and frame the block. That won't take very long.
And more pink to cut into doll gowns and quilts.
Beyond that, it will be a stitchy kind of day.
Thanks for stopping by,
Wishing you a day filled with the things that make and keep you happy.
It is for freedom that Christ has set us free. Stand firm, then, and do not let yourselves be burdened again by a yoke of slavery.

Yep, the heat is cranking up out there isn't it? Makes me sad - I wait all winter to open my windows and then I can't cuz it's too hot. Ah well....a couple of months and we'll be crying out the other side of our faces, lol.
Lovely stitching, Edith!!
Miserable here this morning, but the humidity dropped to 50 and that helped a little, with the breeze. Congratulations on getting the first Jenny block done! Hmmm, nice pinks! =) Whose doing the fence painting?
Love your stitchery. It is hard to imagine hot humid weather while we are cold and wet here. Hi wever, we have had 3 days if glorious sunshine and I really need to get out in the garden to do some weeding but sewing is much more important hehehe.
