REPORTS . . .

Time to report . . . . albeit late !!!

Hand Quilt Along (HQAL)

Just to reiterate, this is any type of hand work, not just traditional hand quilting. I find it so satisfying and encouraging that there are so many blogs hosting as many different ways to encourage us to try new things, hand down traditional methods, finish long neglected projects and to encourage each other with cheerleading and kind words no matter what our passions are.

I tried to work on my Dresden plate every night doing at least one different stitch. I was hesitant to begin, as I am with most projects, but am really enjoying my results.

That leads me into my 15 minute challenge.
I was able to stitch at least everyday, but time on the machine wasn't quite as productive this week. I managed Monday, Thursday and Saturday. All three days were at least two hours. Again, I don't keep exact records ;)

My time was spent working on the Growing Up QAL. I've managed to get three rows completely sewn/quilted.

And finally, Stash report.

1/2 yard sash/framing for Growing Up QAL
This is coming from my stash.

New in - zero 1 yard valentine's

1 5" charm pack

In between traveling to Mom's a couple of times this week and trying to stay home, we got more snow!!! I know !!!

How about 6 inches of snow over night !!!!

Never a dull moment here :)

Thanks for stopping by,

Wishing you days filled with kindness.

Verse of the day:

No temptation had overtaken you except what is common to mankind. And God is faithful; he will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear. But when you are tempted, he will also provide a way out so that you can endure it.

1 Corinthians 10:13

Your Dresden plate looks so pretty. Every stitch is making it more beautiful. Rocky is something! The Valentine fabric is absolutely irresistible! Where did you find that? Do you have a plan for it? I completely forgot the stash report this week, I think. Either that, or the week is longer than I thought. LOL

That is absolutely beautiful! All those different stitches make each plate a work of art. Love this!!
