I get little to nothing done in the sewing room on Mondays or Tuesdays. By the time I get home from Bible Study/Children's Program and take care of the dogs and deal with dinner . . . I'm out of energy and motivation. I'm managing to stay home on Wednesdays and Saturdays, but spend half of those days doing household chores. I might have to consider shortening my goal list from five to three until we break for Christmas, for which I'll have three solid weeks at home.
I'm trying hard not to beat myself up, even these two items off the list are big. A gift and an old UFO are nothing to complain about. In the meantime, I still make progress on straightening and organizing my sewing space, keeping up house and yard and visits.
We are in the home stretch of yard work for the season.
These are sunsets from Tuesday night. We're seeing more clouds and the colors are amazing. These photos don't do them justice. The cloud formations in the top one are really interesting with the clouds pointing downward. I'd never seen anything like this before.
Over the weekend I was in the garden and ran across this beauty. In our research, Honey Do and I found that this patterning means a mild winter. I was kind of already expecting that.
Thanks for stopping by,
Wishing you a day filled with countless blessings.

I hope the caterpillar speaks truth! =) Lovely sunset photos. The cloud formations are very interesting. Your big mistake is wasting time cleaning the house. LOL I skip that part most of the time. However, you're right! Getting those two things finished was a big deal! And you did make some progress on other things, too. You can't discount the value of the visits, either. That's where the priceless part comes in. =)
