January . . .

January is such a hard month. Our weather is up and down - 40 below one day, 30 the next. Snow days from school . . . more holidays . . . long weekends . . .

It's hard to get motivated . . . It's hard to stay motivated . . . Lots of catching up with friends and family after the holidays.

My intentions are to work on some sewing and stitching every day, but that hasn't happened yet.  I haven't sat at the machine since last weekend.  Even my daily chores are behind, but I've been on the road every day this week but one.

One of those days was spent getting some baby love :)

He is such a good baby.  Mommy goes back to work on January 27th.  So I'm going to make time to see them again next week. We don't live close enough that I could be his child care provider while parents are working, but I'll get him as much as I can.

So there is no school today or Monday.  Newton and I will probably go to the library and work on household chores.  Try to figure something out for dinner.  Find some motivation and see if we can't find some time at the sewing machine.

Thanks for stopping by,

Wishing you a creative weekend.

Love'n'hugs,

e

Everything can wait on baby love. It's a wonderful way to spend time. My life keeps getting interrupted every day. With the bad weather, my son can't work, so he's over in the basement scrapping TVs he's collected from the trash, and then he needs lunch and then there's something else, and then I just don't accomplish anything, so I'm blog hopping today!

That's a fun way to spend the day. I spend a fair amount of time on facebook and pinterest doing the same thing. Some days I feel the computer is my enemy because it keeps me from doing what I should :) Have a blessed day. Thanks for staying in touch.
